Anyone can apply for the program. However, Mexxus reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism will be deemed unacceptable for the Mexxus Affiliate Program.
