Once a transfer is completed, it takes up to 48 hours to propagate around the Internet.

If your site still does not show up after that, it is possible that your ISP that you connect to the Internet with is “caching” the old routing information, and they need to refresh their DNS. Some ISP’s only refresh their DNS once a week. A good way to test this is to log onto the Internet through another ISP and you should then see your site come up.
